The Dustfixx Pre-Separator is designed to give your wet and dry vacuum cleaner extra protection when dealing with large amounts of dust, dirt and suction material. Connected upstream of the vacuum cleaner, it captures fine and coarse particles before they reach the main machine and filter, helping to extend filter life, maintain suction power and make dust management easier on demanding jobs.

Compatible Vacuum Cleaner Connections

The Dustfixx Pre-Separator has a hose connection suitable for the ISP, ISC and uClean series, as well as many wet and dry vacuum cleaners from other manufacturers. It is not compatible with the Batrix series of vacuum cleaners.

Built for Practical Dust Management

The angled sleeve design guides the connection hose directly, helping to create a secure footing and a space-saving setup, even when working under a bench. The Metabox mounting system allows the unit to lock onto ISP vacuum cleaners with railing, the Unifix adapter plate and all Metabox interfaces.

For cleaner transport, the container can be closed by connecting the inlet and outlet with a connecting hose. This helps keep dust contained when moving the pre-separator between jobs, making it a useful addition for workshops, job sites and dust-intensive environments.

Separation Efficiency Notes

The Dustfixx Pre-Separator offers very high separation efficiency in most applications, but performance can vary depending on the type of dust and operating conditions. Very fine dusts may be more difficult to separate because of their low mass and physical properties. Factors such as particle size, dust type, air velocity, temperature and humidity can all influence the final separation efficiency.
